　　位于青島市市南區(qū)廣西路37號(hào)，建于1899年，占地面積1398平方米，建筑面積1474平方米，屬德國19世紀(jì)古堡式建筑。立面采用非對(duì)稱布局，西南轉(zhuǎn)角處有一圓塔樓。塔樓與南、西兩個(gè)立面融為一體，突出的圓頂逐漸收縮上升，以針尖狀直入天空。1922年，中國政府收回青島后，為青島市第一區(qū)警察署。解放后，為青島市公安局市南分局辦公樓。2006年，作為青島德國建筑群之一，被列為全國重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位。
　　Located at No.37, Guangxi Road, Shinan District, Qingdao, the building was built in 1899 in the style of German castle architecture in the 19th century. It covers a land area of 1,398 m2 and a floorage of 1,474 m2, with the fa?ade in asymmetrical layout and a round turret at the southwest corner. The turret integrates with the south and west facades, and its obtrusive dome shrinks gradually as increasing and erects towards the sky like a needle tip. After the Chinese Government recovered Qingdao in 1922, the building served as Qingdao No.1 District Police Station; after the liberation, as the office building of Qingdao Municipal Public Security Bureau Shinan District Branch. It was listed into key national protected units of cultural relics in 2006 as one of the German architectural complexes in Qingdao.
